Metrix is proud to introduce the newest version of its field service automation software, Metrix 5.3.

Call Center Wizard

The new Call Center Wizard is a configurable ‘widget’ that makes capturing incoming service requests easy and data capture more consistent. Step-by-step navigation, paired with intelligent question and answer guidance throughout the process.

The Call Center Wizard offers prompts from capturing caller details, to selecting the right parts for a service call (which are automatically added to the request), to scheduling appointments and collecting payments right up front.

Repair Board

The new Repair Board provides drag-and-drop scheduling of repairs assigned to technicians in real-time as repair work is received.

Views can be selected by day, week, or month, are color-coded by status and items can be drilled down into to show repair record.

The new Repair Screen enables repair tag tracking, planned versus actual time tracking and provides the ability to quickly quote customers on repair work.

Real-Time Dispatch

Real-Time Dispatch capabilities improve service delivery and asset management by finding and dispatching the nearest service technicians based on GPS location tracking.

Maps display routes, urgent open jobs, and the nearest technicians, allowing the closest technicians to be dispatched, and even providing instant directions to the scheduled location.
