Accounting Associate
The Accounting Associate performs a wide variety of accounting duties, along with some general office tasks. Responsibilities include generating invoices for customers, collecting weekly time sheets, keeping track of employee vacation/PTO, process incoming invoices and tracking billable hours for consulting projects.
We are looking for someone with an Associate degree in Accounting and with two years experience or a High School Diploma with a minimum of five years of experience. The ideal candidate will possess a great attention to detail, strong communication skills, job/project costing experience and be proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Access and Great Plains.

Pre-Sales Manager
Our sales department is in need of a Senior Pre-Sales Engineer, whose main responsibility will be developing customer relationships in the sales cycle by understanding customer needs and aligning those needs with the spectrum of Metrix product offerings. Duties encompass performing demonstrations to prospects, qualifying customer needs, and managing pilots.
We are looking for someone with applicable experience and a successful track record. The ideal candidate would have domain expertise in the services operation of a company as well as a technical background.

Technical Support Engineer
The Technical Support Engineer is responsible for customer support services at Metrix via programming customizations, corrections and enhancements for the clients. Responsibilities include providing technical support, troubleshooting and managing customer issues for the suite of Metrix products.
We are looking for someone with a BBA in MIS or BS in Computer Science with software development emphasis, with minimum of 3 years support programming experience in classic ASP, .Net 3.0, or C#.
