The Application Consultant is responsible for implementing the Metrix application at new and existing client sites for Metrix LLC. This person will make recommendations on best practices how to use the Metrix application, provide training on uses of the Metrix application, and customize the application to the client’s environment. Extensive travel of approximately 70-80% is required.

Technical Consultant

Metrix is searching for an experienced technical consultant in our Professional Services area to assist new clients with deployment of Metrix solutions, and to provide quality service to existing clients resulting in greater customer satisfaction.

The Technical Consultant is responsible for a variety of client focused activities, ranging from client specific customizations and interfaces as part of an implementation of Metrix, to client heath check updates, client support and training, and troubleshooting and/or enhancements for clients to improve their operational efficiency leveraging Metrix solutions. This position requires a strong customer focus with significant client contact. Applicants should have a valid passport and this position may require up to 50% travel.
