Metrix Partners with Onyx Software

“The Leader in ProductService CRM™” joins forces with leading provider of customer centric e-Business solutions

Waukesha, Wis. — March 26, 2001 — Metrix Inc. (www.metrix.com) and Bellevue-Wash.-based Onyx Software Corp. (www.onyx.com) have formed an alliance to market each other’s technology solutions to large enterprise and mid-size companies.

The Onyx customer relationship management (CRM) product suite combined with Metrix's eProductService™ suite provides a Web-based solution to maximize workflow capabilities, product-service operations and relationship management.

“With this agreement, Metrix will become part of the Onyx partner program and Onyx will become a Metrix Technology Alliance Partner. Together, we will conduct joint marketing activities including participating in each other’s customer conferences, user groups, trade shows, web events and more,” said Steve Szamocki, director of business development & alliances for Metrix. “The combined Onyx and Metrix solution is intended to provide a comprehensive e-business solution aimed at increasing revenues, improving customer satisfaction reducing cost of service – all in the name of delivering powerful ROI for our customers.”

The Metrix application suite, which will be integrated with Onyx through next-generation XML technology, delivers businesses inventory and logistics controls, repair center functionality, contracts and warranties administration, an integrated knowledge base for self service and assistance, service scheduling and routing, integrated multi-channel contact center capabilities and mobile functionality.
