Microfix N.V. Selects Metrix 4 Application Suite

Modular Service solution to manage field service operations for growing business

Waukesha, Wis. — March 18, 2002 — Metrix, Inc. (www.metrix.com) announced today that Microfix N.V. (www.microfix.nl), has selected the Metrix 4 application suite to manage their field service and repair center operations. Microfix, a Leiden, Netherlands, based company, provides repair services for computer hardware for manufacturers, dealers and other end-users throughout the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.

"We had been using a home grown system, but with our growth as an organization, it was very hard keeping it up to date," said Wim van Leenen, managing director for Microfix N.V. "Additionally, one of our customers was asking for performance metrics that our existing system could not provide. "

Microfix will utilize the entire Metrix application suite, including the modules for Support Center, Contracts & Warranties, Repair Center, Inventory & Logistics.

"Because we had some experience with field service applications, we had a very good idea of what we were looking for, and Metrix definitely fit the bill. Metrix will enable us to provide the necessary information to our customers, and much more, " said van Leenen.
