Health Care Business Group of Olympus America Inc. uses Rapid Implementation to go live with Metrix

Olympus Diagnostic Systems Group to manage contracts, field service professionals and repair center operations with service automation software from Metrix

Waukesha, Wis. — May 30, 2002— Metrix, Inc. (www.metrix.com) announced today that the Diagnostic Systems Group of Olympus America Inc. (www.olympusamerica.com) has completed the implementation of the Metrix 4e eProductService™ application suite. In the United States there are over 1 billion clinical chemistry tests annually, about one in four are performed on Olympus analyzers and more than 90% of North America’s blood donor centers use Olympus blood analyzer systems for blood typing.
