Project Management

A successful implementation depends on a solid project plan comprised of series of tasks that accurately reflect your goals and objectives. Based in part on the results of the Needs analysis, a Project Manager will be assigned to assist in the development and maintenance of a "right-fit" implementation timeline. They will be responsible for the coordination of resources between Metrix, our partners, and our clients, to ensure that you go live on time.
